1. Approach contact

4. X50 에 내려서 Full Stop 후, IFR File

1. Call to FSS - get the clearance from them - they will give us clearance void time (ex. 현재 시간 1400 - void time 1420 으로 줌) - You need to Depart and contact Approach within that time, if not, you need to cancel this or you need to amend your departure time within 30 min (if not, they will search and rescue)

2. Just file through Foreflight (whatever method) - contact approach in the air

But, I had a huge problem in this moment

< Ceiling was too low, so I just remain 1,000' >

< Heading to KDAB (Class C area)>

Me : Daytona approach, N 00000, we're 4mile east of X50, I'd like to pick up IFR with information L

A : N 00000, Daytona approach, remain outside of C, Squwk 0263, can you climb VFR 2,000 ft ?
Me : Negative

A : You need at least 1500 ft to issue your IFR
--> I didn't understand why I need 1,500 ft,
--> then, just stay 1,000, with blocking KEVB Final course (Where I was circling)

A : You are below vectoring altitude, you need at least 1,400 ft

A : Do not cut off the final. They extend the centerline for the final 25 at KEVB.
--> When I'm circling, I was near PELYO (fix)
--> It cut off the final course of KEVB runway.

A : You need to reverse or make a turn East.

What is the MVA?? (When you get to FAA website, you can check the minimum altitude for getting vector)
Below picture is of KDAB info.
That's why you need to maintain certain altitude before contact Approach.
